- Purpose
타타대우 IT 시스템 사용자들에게 서비스 가용성 및 서비스 자원사항에 대한 레포트를 제공
 Provides a report on Tata Daewoo IT system service availability and service requests

- Target audience
현재는 모든 사용자에게 앱서비스를 제공하고, 추후 내부 사용자용 화면이 추가되면 로그인 추가 예정
Currently, app screens are provided to all users, and login will be added for those screens when screens for internal users is required in the future.

IT 시스템별 현재 가동여부 확인, 서비스 장애 발생시 Notification 수신, 서비스 자원사항에 대한 레포트 조회
Possible to the current service availability of each IT system, receive a notification when a service failure occurs, and view a report on processing progress for service requests
